At Stitches of Faith, each item is made-to-order with care and purpose. Because of the custom embroidery and printing involved—and the cause-related mission behind every piece—all sales are final.


🚫 No Standard Returns or Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchases due to:

  • Custom-made nature of products
  • Small variations in embroidery/printing
  • Change of mind, wrong size ordered, or buyer’s remorse

 

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items

We may accept return or refund requests only in the following special cases:

  • Item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item

To qualify for a return or refund under these conditions:

  1. Contact us at stitchesofaith@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description
  3. We’ll review the situation and respond with next steps

Please note: Refunds or exchanges are not guaranteed and are granted on a case-by-case basis.

 

⚠️ Refund Processing (If Approved)

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider (usually 5–10 business days)
