📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Processing begins the following business day after your order is placed.
  • Custom products (embroidery/DTF printed) are made to order, which may require the full 5 business days.

 

🚚 Shipping Time & Cost

  • Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.
  • Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
  • You’ll see available shipping options and pricing during checkout.

Note: We are based in Missouri and ship orders from our local fulfillment team. Central U.S. states may receive deliveries faster.

 

🌍 International Shipping 

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times vary by destination and customs processes.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

 

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
